Q Are you open on Sunday?
A No answer yet.
Q They have change machine?
A No. Unfortunately not. You need exact cash in increments of $5, 10, or 20 dollar bills.
Q how much is machine and detergent
A Machines range from 3.25-3.75 for washers (depending on washer size used) and dryers are 25 cents for 8 minutes.

You'll need to get a reloadable laundry card. Which is $5 for the card itself. And you'd have to bring your own detergent. Thankfully a couple CVS and other stores in the area.

Clean and quiet place to do laundry. Place to sit out back while you wait on warmer days. That said, the downside is there is no one physically there to man it should you need help. I also don't like the 3.00 fee that they charge to put money on a card to use on the machines!!! Made me feel a bit taken!! 😒 …

A waste of time. Was hoping to do a load of laundry before catching my flight back home. Paid the $5 for the card. Card does not work. Called the customer support number, who told me to try cleaning the chip. Cleaned the chip, card still …

They don’t have any cards so couldn’t do laundry. Service guy said he reported the problem a week ago and still no resolution

Avoid this place, only God knows how to get a card, and I am an atheist. Nobody is going to help you, you are on your own. Rent a bike and find another place - the one on Prince Street for example is great.

This isn't actually a public laundromat, Google has it misclassified. After doing some digging, it turns out it's really the laundry room for the Mass Pike Towers complex, with machines run and maintained by an external company called …

Great prices and good machines. Recommend to bring you own detergent and dryer cloths.

UPDATE: machines will take money off your card and then not work. the only way you can be refunded is by being mailed a new card so if you're only in town for awhile say goodbye to your money as only on site staff will tell you it's not their problem. only go here if you're okay with being robbed

OG REVIEW: checked online first to make sure i could show up with a $20 to do laundry. saw 2 different signs saying the machine takes 5,10,20s but no singles. show up with a $20 and the guy says i need a $5 bill specifically to buy the laundry card and he can't make change for me. huge waste of time.

make sure you have a $5 bill specifically when you show up lest you suffer my sad unwashed fate

Awful experience. Ladies and gentlemen…. You need an electronic card to use those machines. Where to get one ? Well I’m still trying to figure it out.. the machine that delivers the cards doesn’t deliver cards. The delivering soap machine …

Cashless system only allows use of prepaid cards to use machines. There was no cards available and the machine, customer service could do nothing about it.

No idea why all the negative reviews, this laudromat is much, much better than most. The machines are clean and look quite new, the 2 tables to fold ones clothes were perfectly clean too. Yes it's a pain and not cheap to buy the payment card for $5 (though you get $3 credit on it right away): you have to use precisely a $5 bill, no change is given, can't use credit cards. And you can only load the card in increments of $5 or $10, so for a single load it's not cheap. Also when I was there most of the single use laudry soap was sold out. But many machines were in use when I was there, and the ones I used were all fine. I used 75c (3 loadings) to dry my clothes and it was more than enough. So if you use up your card the laundry is not expensive at all. (I used the $2.25 wash, the larger machine is $2.75.

I'm hoping I don't lose the card and will use this laundromat again next time I'm in Boston
