The atmosphere is great but it is more expensive than I'm used to spending. I will shop around and see if I can find cheaper first but if nothing is significantly cheaper I will continue to go here.

It was nice to have a variety of machine sizes to choose from. Good restroom facilities, a hand washing station, and a snack and game lounge are all really good amenities for this type of business. There are a lot of tables for folding, as well as seating and a regular table. The hours are far better than other places in town.

$20 for one load of wash is insane and not affordable. I had coins, no card. Website says theres a $20 hold on card but says nothing about coins.

Yes, you are correct there is a $20 hold on all credit card transactions. Credit card holds are standard in this industry.
