It's dirty, messy and half of the machines are always broken. The staff is only somewhat helpful. I just happen to go there on 01/28/2022 and the young lady that was working at the time seemed to be at least decent as far her customer service was but she went outside to smoke so when she came back in she smelled terribly awfull like she had been smoking weed. There is a stool with what I am hoping has chocolate on it that hasn't been cleaned off in years. They also leave your clothes in the machines and in bags on the floor over night. I only come here because they are open 24 hours a day. I.m not even sure why they even have such a high rating. I would not recommend this place to even to an enemy. 😐

The Healthy Sengwich

Place has gone downhill. Multiple washers down. Multiple dryers broken. 4 are out of commission due to a fire apparently. I liked that it is 24hrs and used to come here often. But after today’s events, I’ll find other options.
Went there today and the attendant was trying to do her job and her boyfriend was having an argument right there with me trying to fold my clothes.
After a while of bickering they leave together with no one there if anyone needed help! Keep your domestic problems at home and don’t bring it into the workplace.

It’s good because the laundromat is open 24 hours, but the customer service has been aweful at times. Many many broke machines in here, there have been times where the machine has not completed a cycle and have been left stranded with no staff in the late hours. The bathroom is appalling, broken toilet with no soap, toilet paper or paper towels. On the good side, this place has some of the biggest machines and seems to be the cheapest although you have to commit to a laundry card. Until something better comes along, this is the best option I’ve found.
