If I could give this place negative stars I would, filthy, stinky.. people nodding off in the lobby and our clothes even after an hour of drying I realized after coming home are still soaking wet. Bathroom had actual human feces on the toilet handle and the kicker of it all was I go next door told the liquor store and a handwritten note on the door says “sorry about the smell it’s next door” THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

My partner and I live in the area and came here a few times for our weekly laundry. About 2 months ago, we noticed our clothes were getting stained and that they smelled awful. Like they had been sitting in nasty water for hours which never happens because we always are tentative to our laundry as we do it. Then just last month we were putting items into our basket to move over to the dryer and we saw a roach come out from our machine and scurry under another machine. This place is disgusting, the rates are too high for the condition of the machines, and the staff are almost always rude. Do yourself a favor and find another laundromat, preferably one that is not a conglomerate and is owned locally.

First 2 times coming here no problem. Doing laundry now with no one on and card saying bad when trying to dry. Its free dry but was willing to pay to sleep on dry bedsheets tonight.

We went in today to wash some quilts, and Katie was absolutely fantastic. She helped us out since we had never been before. While there and observing her interact with the other customers, she always pleasant and treated everyone with respect. Tumbletown is lucky to have an employee like Katie. THANK YOU!!
