Kristen did a GREAT job the first time she came to our house. She came in for a deep clean and the house was beyond clean and exceeded all expectations. I texted her and thanked her endlessly for her time and attention.

The second time she came (a month later) it was different. When I went through the house after there were some spots that were clearly missed. When I texted her (primary way of communication) to let her know what I had noticed, crickets. She did not respond to my texts at all, addressing my concerns.

I completely understand missing a few spots. However, not responding is unacceptable.

If you use this business, make sure you go through your house with them at the end of the clean and review any issues before paying.

The owner of this business seemed super sweet so it's hard to write this negative review but it's too frustrating and unprofessional not to. Two girls and a bucket cleaned my house for the first time last week and I was so happy with them. I wanted to use them again. I had my second appointment and no one ever showed up. I received several email and text appointment confirmations and reminders, one even saying there would be a fee charged if I cancelled. No one called and no one showed up. I called, texted, emailed, to make sure everyone was ok, because I figured something must have happened. Nothing. I don't know why a business would do this to someone. I had even gotten out goodies for the cleaning person coming. I have never used a housecleaner before now, but with an injury and trying to move just needed the extra help. I was incredibly disappointed by what happened and not receiving the service I was promised. If there had been any type of response or explanation or apology this review would be better. From others reviews it seems if you've been a long time customer they treat you good, but if you're new, be aware this might happen to you too, as it seems I'm not the only one. If anyone reaches out to rectify this I will edit this review.

I needed a move-out cleaning service and preferred to support a local small business, which is how I found Two Girls & A Bucket.

Moving is hard enough, without having to consider the big clean up thereafter. Ugh!

So glad I chose them for the job!

The place looks awesome, they're very reasonably priced and it definitely passed the landlord check!!

Kristen is a very thorough detail oriented cleaner. I use their services for my apartment building in Portland And would never use anyone else. The place is always spotless and smelling amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing deep clean.
