This place is small, but all the machines are clean and in working order. They have 3 sizes of front loading washers (14 in all). The floor is pretty dirty, but there doesn't seem to be an attendant present. Thankfully, the machines can be operated with a credit or debit card. There are 20 dryers (2 sizes) and all are in working order. All in all, not a bad place.

I lost close to $20. In washer number 6. Apparently it is not working and it took all that money to figure it out as there was no sign saying it was out of order. I woke to a number of people who come here routinely and EVERYONE has lost money at one time or another. The QR code apparently is no longer posted and people seem to have no way of getting their money back.
I’m not a regular customer as I have facilities in my home, however, there are many people who come here who don’t have the luxury that I have. There was an elderly couple here today who come here out of necessity on a regular basis and it’s shameful that they continually lose money in these machines and have no way to get reimbursed.

There are no attendants available when there is a problem. Refunds through venmo are done by issuing a request through an a QR code. Maybe I will get a refund for 2.75. This is not the first issue I had here with machines eating money. They have lost my trust and there are other places. Only come here so I can get a beer at 2share while I wait.
