Hi there..I changed my review because within a 1/2 hour of my bad post...I got a call and problem was resolved
Barb is an absolute sweetheart that keeps the place very clean. The washers and Dryers are overpriced and over rated. I washed stinky clothes that only came out less stinky, but still stinky, have to rewash and even after spending a fortune on the dryer, to dry for almost an hour, stuff still came out wet. The parking lot is unbelievably small and it's ridiculous that there's no public restroom.
Very pleasant. When there are a lot of people it is a little tight quartered. The Machines all seemed to be working, just the vending machine with food in it, was out of order. Clean and cozy.
One of the laundromats of all time (they're actually pretty clean and probably the best in town)
I dislike that my apartment doesn't have a washer and dryer. But, since I have to take it somewhere, this place is my favorite so far. It's clean, which is important. Also right next to City market so I can put a load in, fill up my water bottles and shop instead of just sitting there. So far I've been bringing the wet laundry home since I have radiators or can hang items, so it's not that much of a time waste, you just have to plan your laundry time.
It's also convenient that you can use a credit card right at the washing machines so you don't need to have a lot of quarters.
My laundry got stuck in the washer for forever.
Literally NOW $3.00 minimum to dry, with the same amount of minutes as the last minimum of $1.50 double the price, but not the minutes 😬 …
Mid-price laundry with new machines and driers (as of 2018). Free WiFi and adjacent Cafe (until 2 pm) help pass the time. Energy efficient washers use a very minimal amount of water - don't pack clothes in, or you'll be surprised to find that some of them come out dry, not even touched by soap or water!
