73 reviewsI have repeatedly used a washer that broke only 5-10 minutes into the cycle. The employee explained that to me, but didn't give me a refund or pay for my new cycle so I had to pay the whole amount over again due to no fault of my own. For at least 2 weeks three of their washers have been out of order. The last time I went there, their whole machine that dispenses laundry detergent and dryer sheets was broken although there was no sign to indicate that. Their floors have been a complete mess for weeks and there's no indication that anyone has been cleaning it at all. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you have the option.
Very clean and person on site was good about letting people know not to sit on tables. Thanks!
I was the only person in there around 11:10am, besides the employee. She was in the front by the door doing stuff. I walked down and put clothing in the two large washers at the end. I went back out to my car and got 3 more bags of laundry. As I was unloading my second bag of laundry into the washers, the employee comes up to me and says she needs one of the washers I already had clothing in. She stated that she worked there. I said I had my clothing in there already and was clearly useing it. She said 'I was here first'. I should have just put my money in and let the clothes wash, but she was so rude and insistent that I decided she did not deserve my business at all. I hope the owner sees who he has working for him. She is completely unprofessional.
Pretty consistent: 35C in summer and 35F in winter.
I was charged 40 dollars for using the washer and the dryer once! Do not use card!!!
Summary: increasing prices and declining quality. Go elsewhere.
This place was nice enough when we started washing our clothes there when we moved to BTV in June. However, prices have jumped several times since then and the place has had trash (empty soap packets, dryer sheets, etc.) all over the place the past few trips.
As of 10/9/18, you’ll pay $3 for a small washer and there’s a $3 minimum on all dryers.wash and fold service is $1.5/pound.
Cruelly priced. Clean enough… that is if you can handle all the junkies.
