First time I went in awhile. This couple stole my dryer sheets out my dryer. It’s need to be a laundry attendant walking around and not just sitting up front. People just doing anything in there

Hello- We are not responsible when you leave your machines unattended. We have over 130 machines it is impossible to keep track of every customers machine. Also, we hate to see anything below five stars I want to address your concerns directly. Please email me at CoinDetroit@gmail.com. We do have attendants however as stated above we are not able to keep an eye and keep track of every single machine. Any laundromat you go to this will apply and always stay near your machine regardless of which laundromat you go to. Thank you
