So, this place is the quintessential 'neighborhood' laundrumat. There are a relatively large number of washers and dryers, all fairly priced.

Actually, the dryers I used far exceeded my expectations. I put enough coins in for 40 minutes in one and 80 minutes in another, and both loads were done well before. Also, the dryers are quite large. In both dryers I used, I was able to fit two full loads from the larger washers.

There is a single bathroom on site, and the door does lock from the inside. There are also quite a few security cameras. That's both a good and a bad thing, but ultimately, I feel they are justified; it is a 24 hour location, but no staff on-site, at least during overnight hours.

So, 4 stars. The only real concern I have is that the place doesn't appear very clean. Granted, I'm here late evening/early morning, so that could be a thing. But the washers I used both had significant residue in the detergent loaders from previous loads.

Also, maybe some on-site, pay-to-use wifi?

ETA: the lady that works here is very nice. her and, i’m assuming her partner, came in to tidy up the place while I was there. told her my situation with the change machine and she called the boss. they left the place clean enough to continue enjoying doing laundry.

the change machine had the red light turn on as soon as it took my $20. now i’m out of $20. next, their “new washers” that use less water had half of my clothes load stuck between the door and the cylinder. how are those items supposed to get cleaned???? now i’m going to have to pay to wash those clothes again.
