Very clean. Most machines take credit/debit cards. I worked at a laundromat during college, so I'm pretty picky. Will be back!

They will kick you out at 9:25 even if you only have one load to do and no dry. Bad service.

This place is pretty decent. It gets pretty busy and the parking is literally impossible when kitchen table is open there is literally no parking.. it's nice you can pay with your debit. But we've been a few times where the machine your using the card reader just isn't working. Some of the dryers have gunk stuck in them over the years of use. It can get pretty chaotic in here when it gets busy and very loud. People are pretty notorious here for just leaving stuff behind or leaving stuff in washers or dryers for extended amounts of time. Usually when we come I have to clean the place before I can even wash anything cause the floors are always a mess. It's better to come here late at night when it's not as busy.
Hi Samantha, Thank you for choosing Vancouver Laundromat. I'm sorry the card readers are not working well. The EMV Compliance Dept turned off Tap/contactless credit/debit payments for all card readers on Dec 31st with very little warning to retailer's. That caused a huge issue with everyone's card readers. New ones are ordered and on the way to Vancouver Laundromat!! In the meantime, customers can 'swipe' credit and debit cards to use the machines. I am so sorry for the inconvenience! I hope to see you again soon! =)

Such a clean place. The washers clean well. The dryers dry quickly. A couple big washers for bigger loads. Love love this place.
