Some machines broken. Mostly clean but staff came in half way through and into a back room and started smoking something that smelled so bad the entire place reaked and now my clothes do. Maybe it’s a sakes ploy to get you to come back wash your clothes. Again.

I was doing laundry, left and came back . Was sitting in my car for 8 minutes after returning … waiting on my stuff to dry , and dumb old man who runs the place and walks up to my car .. and ask me what I’m doing . I said I’m doing laundry .. he got upset and walked away from my car . Am I not allowed to sit in my car and wait ? Am I not allowed to go to McDonald’s while I wait … this guy has a temper issue and runs a very rundown laundromat . Fix some things dude, instead of harassing the customers who pay your mortgage

First experience doing laundry in my life none of their coin machines have any change in it 70% of the dryers are not working and half of the washing machine stick to the point where you might as well just give up and not even bother coming

This has got to be the WORST laundromat in the world. Over half of the washing machines AND dryers are out of service and never get fixed. The washing machines that kinda work don't ring out your clothes, so they come out drenched, and you never know which of the dryers that kinda work are actually going to dry your clothes properly. Also, BOTH of the coin machines STEAL your money! You barely get half the amount of quarters as the amount of cash you put in, if you get any quarters back at all! I will never be coming back here and if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. While the Scarborough Laundromat is more pricey, at least most of their machines work consistently.

Machines took my cash and nothing worked,had to pull everything out and go somewhere else . I give this 2 stars because there was good parking, now I know why.
