Facility is nice, but there's no wifi. A review from a while back said there was wifi so I specifically came here so I could get work done while waiting for my laundry to get done, but unfortunately that time was wasted.

Asked young guy that worked there if he could just backup his parked white Prius (Uber & Lift tags)
so Kindergarten kids could get safely off the schoolbus, & not in the middle of the road. He arrogantly refused! Would never go there again or recommend a place that that has employees who puts kids in danger.

Have had problems with this place and their other location on Brooklyn Ave. several times with machines not working properly and the staff being unhelpful and unwilling to be of any use to help solve problems with said machines. They even made me pay to do my laundry over again when the machine didn't rinse or drain properly and my clothes were dripping wet and coated in detergent - could do nothing but comply. The final straw was when the dryer wouldn't work after loading it and putting a quarter in. I switched machines and started the cycle then went to inform the attendant that the machine wasn't working and could I have the quarter back. He went to the machine and pounded on the money repository, which got the machine working, and then refused to give me the quarter back, claiming repeatedly that it was an over-deposit while pointing at his sign behind the counter. After arguing with him over what became the principle of the matter, which was the right thing to do under the circumstances, he finally relented and gave me back 2 dimes and a nickel, with a contemptuous look that clearly stated that if he had the energy to count out pennies, I would have received 25 of those because he was not giving me a quarter. Never coming back to this place. No wonder there's hardly ever anyone there doing laundry.
