I am writing to commend Rocio, who is one of the staff at Wash'em up. During the past few weeks, I have watched and experienced Rocio's excellent method and manner of performance of the tasks and customer service necessary to support this neighborhood business. She seems to use her emotions to strengthen the quality of her work, while at the same time she is calm and patient. Her foresight serves her purposes well. Be it managing the drop-off laundry; helping people quickly and occassionally before they ask for her assistance; and maintaining the machines and facility. Other people would do well to emulate Rocio's method and manner. I am sincerely grateful for her assistance and diligence as she continues her work with Wash'em Up laundromat. Sincerely, Eric

I don't recommend coming here. They are dirty and the washing machines make holes in your shirts and the dryers don't even dry well and on top of that they want u to add more coins to have more minutes and back then they gave u more minutes and the dryers did dry good and the bathrooms don't even have soap and they are dirty. No need to lie ur washing machines do make holes and there is literally no soap dispenser in ur bathrooms SMH
Our restrooms are cleaned daily. Possibly you were in at a busy time before our onsite Attendant had a chance to take care of an issue. Running out of soap happens, hopefully you let someone know. Our machines are newer and don't cause holes in your clothes. Thank you for the compliment about our dryers working well. A load won't dry for 25 cents here or anywhere but when you add the correct amount of time, no issues.
I've been coming here with my mom since I was ten and since the change of owner the employee is rude she won't let us wash in peace and is very aggressive its sad for me to say that I will not be coming here until there is a new owner

DON'T RECCOMEND!! The washing machines have like sharp dents poking out and makes holes in ur shirts and the drying machines dont dry clothes well I added 6 coins which equals 30 minutes and half of my clothes still humid and bathrooms dont have a soap dispenser!!.
Sergio's buddy, did you alert the Attendant of your concerns? We do our best to take care of any issues when they are brought to our attention.
I have been coming to this laundry mat since it first opened. Everyone there is always so welcoming and friendly. Rosa is the best, she greets me as soon as I walk in and is always making sure I am good to go. If I have any machine that is giving me trouble she will come to the rescue. She keeps it very clean!!
