This laundry mat has the best employee ever named Betty she’s really helpful and cleans very well she gives excellent service and pays attention to details such as the machine coin slot getting stuck or any other issues 10/10 service will be coming back when she’s there

6/14/21 4:50 pm very very bad costumer service this lady that has purple hair is very rude. The other lady's that work here are nice and very helpful but not her she didn’t want to sell me a laundry soap and bleach on my debit card just not happy most definitely not coming back

I’ve been coming to this laundry for years and the lady with the children is supper nice ,but I’ve had two encounters with the blonde hair lady. She was working Monday night march 28,22 I had to come home with my clothes wet because she said she had closed at 9 when I was there before 9pm. The second time I was also there before 9pm and she went around telling everyone they couldn’t fold their laundry anymore because she was closed by 9pm sharp. As of the lady with the children doesn’t mind staying later till you finish. I really hate having to rate it 3 stars when they have some good employees.
