They get 2 stars only because the machines are consistently pretty clean. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The bathrooms might be locked, might be out of order, or maybe you can use them. It seems to be the option of whoever is working at the time. Ohh and don’t expect a refund for anything no matter the issue….You can do better than going here
