The facility is clean, also the utilities. It's open from 7am to 10pm a very good time. And it has different sizes utilities which is what I like the most. Also the lady in the office is very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place.

I came here with my kids and mom to wash some laundry while on vacation, I noticed it had high ratings and felt good about it, unfortunately the customer service is complete trash. The older lady that was at the desk is a complete jerk. If you don’t like your job, just say that! My son politely asked her a question and addressed her as ma’am and she completely walked on by him with no acknowledgment. My mother went up to let her know that there was a cockroach on the floor and she replied with “Yeah, I know, people bring them in. We have an exterminator that’s already been here, there’s nothing I can do about it!” really hateful. I asked a question about the machines and she replied with “well, what does it say?”and went back to talking to a coworker. I had high hopes but I was completely wrong. The establishment is nice (other than the bug, but I do understand) but that’s nothing if the employees are hateful. 0/10 recommend. Worse place ever.

There are many machines here in a variety of sizes to fit all your items, from bulky to delicate cycle. It is clean and nice. I like the reloadable card system they use instead of quarters. You can load with cash or card easily, and there are small rewards for return customers. Make sure to have your final load in the wash well before closing time at 10 so it has time to dry!

Oh my goodness!!! ❤️Way more washers and dryers then the one on Holland! The lady is super sweet!! The machines are newer and nicer!!! And it has ice cream!!! Way more variety here drink and snack wise!!!
