The facility was very clean and well run. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the woman that was the laundromat when I was there but the the little interaction I had with her was helpful. She was pleasant and knowledgeable.

The girl working was rude not just to me but other guests that I was seeing one Customer‘s washing machine was stuck and would not open. It have been sitting there for quite some time at 23 seconds it would not open. She said she was busy and would get to it when she could when I asked to go to the bathroom she told me the bathrooms were closed because she had just cleaned the floors more appropriate answer would serve if it’s OK if you could wait just a minute the floor is wet. Instead she was rude and continued talking to me telling me that I could not use the restroom I paid to come here. I was not asked to come here. I do not volunteer to come here and I definitely was not paid by Washland to come here. I actually paid to have my stuff washed to deal with a rude person is unacceptable. Please tell her to go find a job petting puppies doing anything that she would rather do other than be rude to your customers I do understand now why there is a help-wanted sign in the front window only my own business if my employees treated customers this way, I probably would go out of business for fortunately you’re in a business that people need and they will come to you no matter if your employees are rude or not but this person needs to go very rude disrespectful not helpful.

This is a very clean and well maintained Wash Land location. The attendant on duty was very nice and helpful. Wash Land is your best choice for a automated laundry mat in the Tri- Cities.
