Ok so the facility itself is clean.. kinda pricey, but it gets the clothes washed... So my issue is the laundry attendant...the lady that works there majority of the time , she smokes cigarettes ... and she has an incredibly horrible attitude, horrible customer service skills, and she is NOT so polite when u need help with something, or have a question.. pertaining to using the machines, loading money or even just to get help.. she walks around with an an unpleasant aura about her..

The facility itself was fine, from what I saw of it in the 5 minutes I was there. I walked in with comforter and baggie of quarters ready to go. Quickly realized I haven’t been to a laundromat in a while. Lots of different machines and NO quarters…it’s cards now. So I figured I’d better ask how things work. Not rocket-science, I know but there’s an attendant so why fumble when I can just ask for help. BIG MISTAKE. This woman was the rudest creature I’ve ever met and the only words spoken was me asking, “Can I ask you a quick question?” And after her just staring at me, I asked again, “Can I ask you…” She snaps, “I SAID YEAH!”. She did not say “yeah” or anything for that matter. So gross. I smiled and left. Won’t be back again. If the owner cares this was 7/12/25 around noon. Get yourself some better employees, I’m begging you.
