It was a ridiculous experience two nights in a row went to wash my clothes was told at 8:10 I couldn't wash cuz they closed at 10:00 she closed at 8:30 the next night went at 8:05 was told I could not wash because they close at 9:30 this place false advertisement signs on the door about washing and then like I said two nights in a row I was denied to wash there so no I do not recommend you use this laundry service thank you

I went today and the lady working there was horrifically rude! More than once and to others as well as myself. Also went out the back door to smoke and came back in smelling like a cigarette! Other than that and having to be objected to her making out with her boyfriend/husband over the counter the machines are all new and work well. 😏

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in at 7:45 on 2/4/23 to dry some laundry and the lady would not allow me to use their services. I asked for the owners number she said the number outside the door. When I called it the number was not correct so I went back in and told her it was wrong and asked for the owners number again or the hiring managers number and she refused and said we are closed. She was very rude and your business is losing money because she is closing it at 8:30 pm when everything else states 10 pm. Even when I got there before 8:30 she still refused services.

Worst experience I have had at this location. I normally come when they first open but I had to come late tonight and the lady running the store is walking around with a cigarette. Probably be my last time at this place.
