Very clean facility, washers are really clean as well. My clothes came out smelling so fresh, shawnda (not sure if that's the correct spelling) was really helpful and pleasant to speak with. Found my new spot to do laundry

I went in to do my laundry since it was the closest one to my home. I dried my clothes but they were not all dried to the fullest. It was 8:50, yet I know they close at 9 so I asked the young lady can I put them back in just to finish drying which was only a few pieces and she told me no I cannot since her children are home by them selves and she started turning off all the lights as I was packing up my belongings. I wonder where is the customer service now a days?!!. I guess I’ll just continue to go to my usual place.

Hi I been coming to this location since the previous owner was managing this place and still come. I really enjoyed that this place is always empty and quiet and prices are reasonable. The best par is this place is literally on the next block from me

I was surprised that they had "working" Wifi and to be greeted on entering this facility. It has always been a breeze for me when coming here. Clean bathroom 🚺and It smells fresh too. Larger dryers then at other places and they actually dry your clothes. 5038 E. Princess Ann Rd. Happy to see NEW MANAGEMENT! My clothes no longer smell like raw sewage.😆

my instructions right, and everything is folded so perfectly - as if by a machine!
