Mask policies posted all over the place but we walk in and the person working had her mask around her neck. The other customers were in compliance, but I didn't want to put my laundry in and have someone come in later that wouldn't bother with a mask. Can't expect the employee to enforce it if she can't bother to do it herself. Hampton Roads is responsible for almost half the recent surge of Covid cases because of this type of irresponsibility.

As a disabled woman it can be hard for me to do my own laundry when it piles up so I took a chance on their wash and fold services. I regret every second of it. I brought my own dryer sheets and detergent and mentioned that I have sensitive skin and that I needed it used and they definitely did not use only my stuff because my laundry smelled highly of fragrance and caused me to break out. I requested everything to be hung and when I arrived not a single item was hung, all of it was folded and bagged. I then asked for them to at least give me some hangers so I could do it myself at home and they originally refused. After reminding them that they didn’t do what I requested in the first place they gave me some. I recognize that hanging items can be a lot of work and was ready to tip well for the service but they didn’t do anything I requested so obviously I didn’t give them it. I’m extremely disappointed. I did wash and fold to make my life easier and instead got an allergic reaction and had to do their job for them.

The women's at this location is always friendly, kind, respectful with a great attitude and a good sense of humor. That's one of the reasons why I chose this location.

P.S. Boss man please fixed the TV. I wanna watch TV while waiting for my clothes to get done.

I was in and out in an hour. I had 1 load to wash. The attendant on duty (didn't get her name, sorry) was very helpful, kind, and pleasant to talk with. The store was very clean, and even though they were busy, still was able to get my clothes cleaned and dried in an hour. It was Easter Sunday. I'm only in town visiting but would use again!

It was extremely hard to find parking and if you left and went back all spots would be gone. The staff that worked there didn't speak and the machines were covered in hair on the inside and things like that on the inside I'm not sure how often they clean the washers and dryers but I do know that my wife had to clean the washers and dryers before we used them.

Everytime I removed my laundry from washing machine my clothes still have a lot of water left and I have to spent so much money to dry my laundry.
