Today is 04/20/25 it my 1st time at wash smart laundry. I've been to several laundry establishments . And thos one by far triumphs all around Chicago southwest side. I want to give acknowledgement to Hermila for a great customer service experience. She was serviceable, polite, and knowledgeable in ger field. Special thanks to this establishment and thier workers. Keep it up.

Very disappointed this place use to be clean and was able to enjoy coffee before when it first opened up now it’s bad people that live in the streets are coming in now sitting around drinking the coffee from there same lady sits in the corner scratching and scratching her hand head back legs and then goes and touches coffee cups making her self at home then two other females come in and start making coffee like nothing not even washing I’m nobody to be complaining but come on service is bad when it comes to stopping people that live in the streets come and touch coffee pot and cups like nothing ladies that work there are seeing this and not stopping them I think I might start washing somewhere else this place is disgusting when it comes to just letting anyone come in and sit around and making them selves at home unbelievable I think it’s time for the main boss to put a stop to it
