I had a flood and almost all our clothes got wet so i called and took it there , they told me they’ll be ready the next day which was not true I picked it up after 2 days which is fine but i had to move to another house and I didn’t check the clothes and when i did yesterday most of the clothes doesn’t smell good or clean or doesn’t even smell like they’re washed, it looks like they charged me $540 for rinsing and drying them, I’ll never go back there again or recommend them to anyone

Carmen provided EXCELLENT customer service! She greeted me and then proceeded to help me push my carts to the washers. Followed by, helping me cash $15 worth of quarters for cash to then help assist merge my credit to one card. THANK YOU! Environment was nice and clean and quiet in the PM time! :)

Upon entering the parking lot, employee, Safaria, greeted me and offered me a laundry cart. She had a wonderful personality and was very helpful. She let me know when WashSmart Laundry opened, where various sized washers were located, how to purchase a laundry card and even spoke of the current promotion taking place.
WashSmart Laundry is beautiful and with employees like Safaria, there is definitely a likelihood that I will return and tell others as well!!! Tx!!! -dap

All of the attendants are kind but one in particular stood out on my last visit to Wash Smart. Erika is big help and very kind! When I asked her to assist me with an exchange she was willing to help and happy to help! It is nice to be treated kindly by the staff. The establishment is also always clean and pleasant.

This laundromat is always clean when I come. I would rate it a 5 star but the dryers are not as hot as they should be. It takes about 45 mins to dry a load of clothes because the heat is not hot enough. That means you have to do three 15 minute cycles. I’ve seen other guest mentioned this as well. The free dry isn’t unlimited so I end up having to pay because I have to dry for so long!
