Today was my first experience going to my neighborhood landrymat it was the best customer service ever it was this young lady name Diana she was so helpful she put a pause of what she was doing to try to help me get a card and help me through the steps she was helpful friendly definitely coming back every time I think she is a good teammember good to have her here she looks professional and hard working person

New and awesome place w free coffee. Big laundromats fits up to 3 bags in one. The workers like Olga are real nice and helpful. Will be coming again for sure!

Diana helped out tremendously there was no complications. very clean, very professional I prefer coming to this place from now on. Edit: A different racist lady wouldn’t let me in the door with a small load of clothes at 10:50 pm. Will not be returning to this establishment and I wouldn’t recommend spending money here if you’re a person of color. Now I have to spend more money and travel farther to wash

I stopped into the wash smart the other day on western and notice a young lady by the name of Alexis she was running the entire store by her self when I say she was helping customers and cleaning with a bloom in her had while maintaining a wonderful attitude. It was amazing to see, she made my experience warm and welcoming thank you Alexis for your service I will always ask for her everytime im a wash smart. She’s the type of employee wash smart should promote.
