I came here to do my laundry and I’ve never been here before so I go inside to see if I have to use cash to get coins first before I brought all my laundry in. The lady working told me “this is for customers only you need to leave” I said “I know my laundry is in my car I’m checking to see if I need cash first” and she proceeds to say “you need to leave.” I literally didn’t do anything. I’m appalled to say the least.
Nicest laundromat I've seen in a long time. Nice attendant, new machines. Folding tables all have stools & power outlets so you can charge while you wait. I'd definitely come here again.
I've used their services for 2 yrs. And the last time I was told my basket was left out with my clothes in it and never offered any money back for My loss. Very disappointed.
Free dry on Tuesday and Wednesday!
Great washers & dryers but very judgemental service if you're native. Also very strong hint of profiling by one gentleman worker or an Co-manager there. I'll probably be most likely get banned from there for this review but something had to be said haha.
My go to laundromat. Across the street. Only complaint is it's not 24 hours because this neighborhood would easily support a 24 hour laundromat. Good machines, change available, soap etc available, nice folding stations, free entertainment all thanks to the beautiful people of Albuquerque. Beware: when you least suspect it the drier thieves will hit. Be blessed people
Went here for months, a few weeks ago the free dry was charged to only Wednesday and Thursday. Signs still up everywhere that say 'free dry'. Check if washer smells clean, and that dryers are actually empty, I have come home a few times with single socks that aren't mine.
Kind of sketchy area at times. Homeless people around the area, but that's not the fault of the Wash Tub. The place is SQUEAKY clean, the bathroom is kept clean as well. Only real trouble is that people hoard the baskets even when they aren't using them. Pretty selfish.
Wednesdays and Thursdays are free drying.
