The first time I went due to broken washer and dryer at home the service was great and they followed my directions on washing my clothes with the scent- free detergent (I had called ahead to make sure they had it or I was going to bring my own).
Fast-forward two weeks later and I needed to have more laundry done. Despite reminding them twice that they needed to use the scent-free detergent, they used scented detergent which I am allergic to. Now I’m going to have to try to vinegar-soak the clothes they washed to see if I can get the strong “Gain” scent out and try to salvage the items because I can’t wear them.
If you have any kind of allergy and use their laundry service either bring your own detergent or go elsewhere. Personally, I am planning on going elsewhere from now on.
