I am staying in Norfolk for 3 weeks and the hotel does not have a washing machine so I went to this place. I looked around and an older lady who worked there came to help. She showed me how to get a laundry card, add money to it, showed me the different machines. I washed my clothes with no problems, 30 minutes wash, 40 min in the dryer. It was air conditioned, fairly clean. Another lady was sweeping while I was there, I worked on my computer while I waited. No issues. I'm going back next week

Floors are dirty, bathroom was gross, didn’t see an attendant inside working, just outside sitting on the ground on the phone and drinking alcohol - no lie. Washers and dryers worked well. I’d probably only come here first thing in the morning and hope it was clean from the night before.

Clean, free wifi, and tables provided to sit and do work while you wait! Love also that use of card to refill and charge for use of washers and dryers. Highly recommended this place!

I've used most of the laundry mats around the 7 cities, and I must say the Washland on VA Blvd in Norfolk is the cleanest. The attendant "Amy" is so friendly and helpful. As I was there washing my clothes, I now know why this location is the cleanest because the whole time she was cleaning something. She went from the machines to the floors, to the trash, and on to the bathrooms, and at the whole time to taking care of the customers with a smile and a friendly attitude. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
