I deeply appreciate the general convenience of this service and the pricing however, you get the service that you pay for. I've never had a problem with how my laundry has been done. That said, they're routinely late for delivery and pickup, always have a different excuse, and typically make me feel like I'm bothersome or difficult for inquiring about ETA once outside of my delivery window. If you're in a time crunch and can't sit around for sometimes hours after your scheduled window, I recommend paying more and going elsewhere. If you have flexibility, this would be a great service to use.

This is easily the best laundry service in Boston. It’s really easy to book in the app and has a quick turn around time. I’ve been using them for four years and have been very happy with them. Bonus: your towels have never been folded as well as they can do it.
