They put these new machines in and they are a scam!! Pay close attention to the little clock on top the washing period is only 3 minutes then it drains the soap and goes to rinse mode!

What a scam!

It is a 12 minute wash cycle on these new machines beware. They took out all the good machines and replaced everything with these quick wash machines for higher profits.

This place is always nice and clean and easy.

BUT Today when I was in the young black lady that works at the counter was so helpful and kind and polite. I had an issue with a pillow I washed, and she was so amazing and helped me. You almost never see service like this anymore!

I really hope her manager sees this. You have a gem of an employee!

I’ve been coming to Washtime for years, and Sundays are my usual day. Every time I walk in, Ariana is there and it honestly makes the whole trip better. She keeps the place spotless even on a busy day like Sunday and always makes sure people are taken care of. My wife does the drop-off service and everything always comes back fresh and folded very neatly. The owners are great!!! they’re always on top of fixing machines quick and keeping things running smooth. They make sure everything works, this place feels like part of the neighborhood. If I could give washtime 100/100 stars I would!

PSA: I don’t make post like these often.
I tried going to the one up the street once & literally regretted it instantly, given the fact their prices were too high and personnel not being welcoming at all.

But this place Genuinely deserves it!

Ok venting here... First the good. 1. The place is clean and well maintained. The attendants are friendly and very helpful! 5 stars to them and the condition of the facility! Now the bad for -4 stars. 1. The functionality of the machines. The monster load washers do not clean very well. Could be because I chose the hot cycle and only ice cold water came out! I use these machines for large loads I can't do at home and hot water is imperative! Even the warm setting was ice cold!!! 2.There was no indication that this was the case or I wouldn't have used them! It's understandable if the aren't working properly, but not understandable that your PAYING customers aren't made aware of this! These loads aren't cheap! 3. No information on how to contact management to express these concerns. I would like my money back but I have none to express that to. The number provided goes to the office, and if management isn't there, you won't get resolution. Very disappointed!!!

Usually a great place but was there Monday and there was a big dog inside. I am sooo scared of dogs and couldn't even do my bedding. I had to leave and go to another place on Mississippi and it was so much better. I found my new laundry mate.
