I recently visited and had a great experience thanks to Geoff. He greeted me warmly, kept the place clean, and was quick to help when I had an issue with the machines. The laundromat is spacious, well-maintained, and the machines are efficient. Geoff's excellent customer service really made the visit stand out. Highly recommend!

Don't go here, you don't get what you pay for at Washville. I ended up paying for two repeat loads in their largest washing machine size-- with the same batch of clothes, taking over an hour and costing over $25-- because the worker could not help me, give me any refund, or contact the manager.

I did a couple bags of laundry together in their largest size machine, and selected "Extra Wash", "Extra Rinse", and "Extra Spin" since the clothes were rather dirty. This brought my total up to $12.95 from $11.45. I paid for the load and started the machine. None of the three extras were selected upon starting, and the time total was only 19 minutes.

I asked for the help of the worker, who checked my card transactions and confirmed that the machine charged me for the extra cycles. She said that she couldn't help me, and the fuse must be burned out on the lights, but only burned out after the cycle started. No surprise, after my load was done, my clothes were not clean. I was forced to pay for an entirely new wash cycle, where I again selected the "Extra wash" and "Extra Rinse" cycles, bringing my total up to $12.45. This time the machine functioned properly, at a total time of 25 minutes. I pointed out to the worker that the fuse was not broken, and it hadn't done any of the extra cycles the first time around. She said that the only thing she could do was bring this up to a manager at a later time. No thanks I will not be doing laundry here again.

Hi Bethany, this laundromat is now under new ownership. The previous owners had no refund policy, which was unfair to the customers and led to your bad experience. Our policy now is that if you have any problem with the washing machine, we will refund your money or give you a new wash for free. We hope you'll give us another shot!

This was my first time at washville and I was very scared and nervous but it was this guy who works there his name was JEFF…and when I tell you he was a angel sent from above great customer service he helped me fold wash put money on my card very friendly if you want to see excellent customer service check out Asheville on west 105 Madison as long as JEFF is working his shift I can promise you and put a stamp on it that you will see just how much of a great guy he is man we need more people like him …JEFF KEEP BEING YOU WE NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD

05/26 I came in at 9:01 pm . Mind you they close at 10pm she said they closed but they don’t close until 10 . I didn’t argue with her but at 9:05 she walked out and locked up as other people were walking to the door . That’s very unprofessional & very inconsiderate

Hi Amaree, we close at 10 PM but our last load is at 9 PM, meaning we have to have all the washers started by 9 PM. Sometimes if everyone is cleared out we close sometime between 9 and 10. I apologize for the confusion.

My first time here-- paid $2 for the needed laundry card and $2 for a service fee to add money to my card. Paid for overpriced wash cycle but machine didn't work, and the worker made up some excuse and said they couldn't help. I had to use a different machine, load more money onto my card, pay another $1 service fee. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

Love it!!! Clean the workers are nice and helpful the owner very respectful and nice... the machine are top notch they are not trying to rob u with the dryers u get yours money worth

The gentleman Jeff that works there is just so amazing, friendly, and really goes out of his way to be of assistance to us customers. Very impressed with this Laundry mat in general, the prices are fair .. it has "Free Dry" and it is quite pleasant environment to be in whilst waiting for your clothes to finish up !! The bathroom was very surprisingly very well kempt, spacious, absolutely spotless, and honestly, nicer than any other laundry mat that I have ever been to. The gentleman worker really helps make you feel welcome and comfortable as well. I've been there a few times now and seems he is always going out of his way to be of assistance to others and is constantly up keeping the place!

It is a nice place. They keep it clean so far things are up-to-date. The one thing that stands out to me. The reason why they won’t get five stars is because they advertise free dry but when you look at it, it’s 40 cents and with that 40cents, you only get six minutes some people may say that that’s nothing a small price to pay but why advertise something free and it’s not

Hi R’Jay, you get 24 minutes of free dry time per wash on the big and medium washers, and 18 minutes on the small washers. It’s enough time to dry most loads. With our laundry card, you have to tap the card on the reader each time to add 6 minutes to the dryer. If you go beyond the free dry time it does cost 40 cents for 6 minutes. I apologize for the confusion.
