My experience on Sunday the 5th of January was not a usual experience woman working on this day should not have been in she didn't know how to us card machine & my clothes were washed w different detergent rather than sensitive det. She was raising her voice when confronted on this serious issue clothes were rewashed but still contains perfume scent again she raised her voice while I explained & hung up phone w senseless feedback cost of my laundry was $25 w having to wash myself for 3rd time

Arrived an hour and a half before closing time, but was kicked out because there 'wasn't enough time.' A wash cycle and a dry cycle take 25 and 32 minutes (57 total) yet 90 minutes is insufficient? Throwing customers out so you can close early is no way to run a business. I won't be going back.

I've been going here for the two years I've lived nearby, but will look into going elsewhere. The man who runs the place feels the need to judge the way I do laundry, never failing recently to tell me I'm "wasting my money" by doing multiple loads. Besides the strangeness of a man who runs a laundromat thinking it's okay to wash everything in one load, he comes across super rude - especially considering the money's going into his own pocket! Also, the machines got changed several months ago - prices shot up and my clothes seem to come out worse.

Sal and Chicken Sam are great men ! They knows a ton about laundry detergent. Overall great experience love using them to do my laundry. The free detergent on Monday’s is something I’ve never seen before! Love the Waterfront!

I did a load of laundry here and it came out of the dryer smelling metallically. When I brought this to the attention of the woman working there, I asked simply for a refund on quarters so I could re do the load myself. She immediately got confrontational and said no one else complained and that my laundry seemed clean to her. When I pushed, she accused me of lying to get a free load (even though she claimed it was already clean). She also continued to call mocking remarks at me as I left.

We've been taking our laundry there for a year and cannot say enough great things! They've never lost or damaged any items and are very friendly. Affordable, great hours and quick turn around! Thankful they are just a short walk away from our apt.

Lovely staff and well maintained appliances. Slightly more costly than other laundromats but it is worth it!

New washing machines just came in, prices went up to $4.50 a wash and $4.00 a dry, which is steep. The dryer price increasing for the same machines makes no sense. 3 of the machines are now reserved for drop off only but not labeled!! I put my laundry in and was asked to take it back out because they’re reserved- but unmarked. Much fewer machines and an increase in price from a few months ago.
