Used today for washing and drying for my family during our road trip. Everything was washed and dried in an hour and a quarter. Washers took 35 minutes ($4.50) and dryers 40 minutes ($4). Detergent and fabric softener were also included. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Salvatore Lopilato Waterfront Laundry purchased the incorrect size scale from my company. Threatened to file a chargeback with his bank if he didn't receive a refund for his error. A refund was issued in advance, trusting he would return, which is not typical practice for our company. We are not a large corporation, but a small mom/pop. We do not have the funds like Amazon for these types of actions. The customer received his money back.
However, the return package is lost. He refuses to file a claim at the USPS store. We are not the ones that shipped it, nor th MFR who is waiting on the material so we can be refunded. The shipper has to be the one to file the claim. A report has been filed with the BBB to worn others about this company.
