I use the washers and dryers last evening.It came right off.My bank statement exactly how it was supposed to. Today i got charged an extra twenty dollars even though I didn't use the laundry mat today. So I will be fighting to get my money back. Also, the communication there is horrible trying to contact somebody about the situation

LOL. HERE TO EDIT MY REVIEW. DRYERS ARE NOW 25C FOR 4 MINS. a whole 4 mins
so you get one min of dry time and 3 cool down. This is the last time i use this place. Total joke! Prices are crazy for one. Dryers suck. 25 cents for 5 mins and it takes 45+ mins to dry a small load. Big apple down the street, before they closed was 25 cents for 10 mins and it only took 20 mins to dry a huge load. Cost more to dry here then it does to wash. And there's no customer service. Gotta call some stupid number on the wall if one of there machines decides to rip you off. Not worth the hassle of trying to get your money back. So I'm out $5 can't get more quarters cause I only have a $20 and the change machine that takes 20's is out of order. Had to use my card for the wash that's gonna charge extra for using a card. Last time I'm coming here. I'll go to Fairfield. I can't get over the dryers. Wouldn't be bad if they actually worked.
