I've been going to this place for several months. We have quite a large family; we need to use 6 of the biggest machines for a weeks worth of laundry for my household. I've always liked this laundromat as it was very clean, friendly staff, straightforward process. Well, two weeks ago I noticed the place was bit dirty, not as well kept as it usually is. For the first time I didn't see the owners on site, I just kind of shrugged it off. Well, last week was it. I go in there and it's chock full of people - which isn't anybody s fault of course. My issue was that I'm patiently waiting for machines to free up- and four of the six giant washers had washed and done clothing sitting in there when I arrived- and there it sat for almost 20 minutes. The lady on staff that day I had never seen before, but she was a complete turnaround from the people who usually work there. She seemed disinterested in her job, mostly sat there. Anyway, when the washers were finally emptied, a couple that arrived after I did ran to the machines and cut me off. I was so irritated I decided to just use the next size down, which is significantly more expensive for me but whatever. After we switched loads, i noticed one of the machines didnt do a great job, clothes still smelled dirty, so i ran that load on a different machine. Ive never had that happen before. Then, most of the clothes coming out of the drier smelled AWFUL,
As if they never got washed at all, just dirty laundry in the drier. At this point the attendant was nowhere to be seen, there were so many people in there no carts were available ( someone took the one i was using, moved my laundry bags on the folding table) , and i saw a COCKROACH crawling alon b the wall!! I was just done. Oh and someone stole two of my laundry bags. I ended up leaving with dirty laundry , having spent close to $70 . I will never set foot in this location again. I will be taking my business elsewhere

We have been short staffed recently, as two of our key team members have been temporarily out (including our wonderful store manager). This happened just as we have gotten really busy - not an excuse by any means, just acknowledging some of the recent challenges that we are working through. All of our regular team members will be back in the next week, and we are implementing some measures to address the challenges that come with our busy days. We are adding staff on these days to ensure we maintain our high standards of cleanliness and service. We are also doing additional training with our team to help them navigate the increasingly common situation of customers waiting for machines. We do have a policy that if a washer cycle has been complete for 15 minutes without being emptied, and we have customers waiting, we reserve the right for our attendant to empty the machine to make it available for other customers.
I understand how frustrating it can be to feel like you are fighting for space when you just want to get your laundry done. We tend to be very busy on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, but much less busy on other days. If at all possible, Wednesdays & Thursdays are typically much less busy and a great time to come in for more machine availability. In addition, you can visit our website wavemaxlive.com and enter the 10-digit number on the back of your laundry card - that site will show which machines are being used, and what is available to help you plan your visit. We were traveling for soccer and I needed a clean place to do a quick load of wash. The owner was so friendly and helpful! The facility is clean, the washers and dryers are quick, and they do a great job. I highly recommend! Plus they have this cutie to great you at the front door!

The place is so clean, and fairly priced. It literally looks brand new! Angela a staff member that worked there was so nice and welcoming. She took time out to tell me all of the prices and promotions that were going on. I have never been to a laundromat like this, and thanks to Angela I will be Returning I highly recommend!

Bruce is amazing. The best and friendliest laundromat I've ever been to. Clean, great service, and effiient and great machines. His cute dog Bentley is sweet and added to the great service! Thank you Bruce! You are the best!
