Attentive staff. Great service. Clean facility. Opted to use the drop off service and staff took the time to explain all the details of how to use the facility for drop off or self service. Drop off is available for same or next day pickup. You receive a text or email when your order is completed. You can also bring your own detergent or they will provide for drop off service. Detergent and laundry bags are available for purchase.

They also have an app that allows you to see how many machines are in use before you decide to leave home. All new everything and machines sanitize between use so there is limited transfer of leftover detergents between households. Machines also use less detergent. All equipment is operated by a pre-loaded payment card so no dirty coins to touch.

My first experience was truly remarkable. The African American woman was so friendly and genuinely helpful. She patiently explained the mechanic and the laundry card. I appreciated that the wash and dry cycle could be completed within 45 minutes, which was very convenient. She also made sure I received my new member reward. Thank you, Tina, for reaching out and making sure everything was going smoothly. I feel grateful to have found a new laundry place. Thank you for creating a clean and welcoming environment.

The best laundromat I’ve been to. It’s super clean. I like the simple look aesthetics of the washer and dryers. I think the white guy is the owner, if so, he genuinely seems to care for his customers. The lady that works there is super nice and helpful as well! She’s constantly checking the place and organizing everything. She really seems to enjoy her job. This laundromat is a hidden gem!
