This place may be clean but they want $3.75 more for the wash load then other places and you only get 3 minutes for the minimum dryer start. No thank you. I work hard for the money

Terrible customer service. I received a text alerting me my laundered item was ready for pick up. Arrived two minutes before 2:00. The counter was closed and a sign stated someone would return at 2:00. No one showed up until 2:30. Self-service is probably fine, but drop off/pick up is unreliable.
My apologies for our attendant not being onsite, we are working on a better process so you don't run into this issue again.

I've had my clothes in the dryers for an hour then they are wet I even separated them and put more money they still didn't dry. I asked if I could have so.e time on one she said yes but has been outside smoking for 30 minutes and I'm still waiting over priced for equipment that needs service
David - we have an on call technician who has all our equipment in tip-top shape. Come try us again and I guarantee we dry faster then our competition!

Was absolutely amazed. By far the best washer I've been too. Giant 9 load washers & dryers. There was a sweet lady working who even asked was it my 1st time, answered any questions I had. It was super Clean & very well lit.
