Depending on your wash/dry preferences, you can be in and out under an hour. Staff shows you how to use the machines and are super friendly, like Marikim. And the company really listens to suggestions on how to improve customer experiences. Even in the little over a month since I started using WaveMax, I've watched things change for the better when things were already great.

Prices are lower and the machines are more high-tech than where I was previously, so the switch was a no-brainer for me. If I were to change something, I would like the locks changed on the bathroom doors to a different mechanism, as I would rather lock the bathroom from the inside than from the outside and I'm "exposed" if someone needs the bathroom and doesn't know someone's inside. Also, I'd like a way to take money off the value card if I need to. Awesome place!

Super clean, friendly staff. It’s hard to find machines/laundromats that still make your stuff smell like detergent, the machines are new and maintained well so didn’t have that problem here. New laundromat for sure. Gonna try their washing service next.

Tad (AKA Little Guy) was super dope! I came in kind of late to see about a drop off because my washer suddenly stopped working, and he squeezed me in so I'd have clean clothes for work. Everything came back folded neatly and smelling fresh. 10/10 recommend this laundry joint.

Man this new washing place has been the best since we’ve moved you leave your cloths and basket with peace and man this place is insane they understand you’re having to wash and stay up later then they’re open to let people wash and dry and my first time we got so lucky they added a 10$ bonus comes check this insane place out might get lucky also and the best part it cleans your cloths very very well with their new high tech machines and this place is always stunning clean by tiny man the worker very nice service
