So I put 20$ dollars on my card and I washed one time for 7$ and dried my
clothes after for 2$ why do I only have 2.86$ dollars left the workers here didn’t help me so I lost money washing here I wouldn’t recommend coming back here

Brand new washers and dryers only take max 20-25mins, very clean, small to extra large washers! A bit on the expensive end, but worth the less time you have to wait for them to run a cycle!

I have used WaveMax for several months now. I started when my washer broke, but generally drop my clothes off weekly for wash/dry/fold in an effort to claw back time on the weekend spent doing those chores. The prices are extremely reasonable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely love the WaveMAX brand of laundromats! From their ultra LUX and tech friendly machines and locations, to their meticulously clean standards (it’s ALWAYS spotless in there) I’ve even seen them with my own eyes cleaning the interior (drum) of the machines. Washing my large comforter is what brings to WaveMAX. I used to drive 20 minutes to the nearest WaveMAX until THIS location opened. It’s so much more convenient and easy to get to, and centrally located. Highly recommend!

Laundry mat is wonderful, the employee was approachable however she lacked knowledge for first time users.
1 I asked if I had use an open machine to use the app which I had already created an account for, she said I had to do it on the kiosk. This is incorrect. You can download the app and yes, you have to place the card on a machine in order to use it/load it.
2 I asked if it charges for a card and she said no. That is also incorrect, it costs $1 for a card at kiosk which you can avoid by using app.
3 I asked what is the use of the app and she said just to notify you when your machine is done. This was partially correct as the app eliminates the need for a card.
