I've been using laundromats for about 10 years from Maryland to San Diego to Seattle and this place might be the worst. Entire sections of the store have machines marked as broken. Hilariously, they supply paper cups by the change machine for carrying quarters, but it's next to a sign that says to please return them and they cut holes in the bottoms of all the cups so I guess their clients can't take the cup and reuse it to drink?

That display of cheapness over a few cents makes me wonder what else they're skimping on. I read reviews about poor water levels and rinsing, which tracks w the holes in the cups.

And $7 for a double load wash is probably the most expensive I've ever seen. I definitely won't be back here.

To really be fair I should say it's the worst that I've ever gone through with and utilized. I've definitely walked in and walked out of places that looked worse.

place is clean,. washer are that big but yhey wash good yhe only problem the is that cost $5 each. the dryers suck. It took $20.00 to wash and dry three loads. W

Horrible experience, do not ever come here. Several items of my clothing were stolen (multiple pieces being quality brands that I need for work), and the employees did not assist at all, they really brushed me off and offered ZERO customer service. After I paid for this overcharged service, my stuff gets stolen and the employees act this way? This is so unfair and not acceptable. Honestly, I feel like the lady working there stole my items, she was highly suspicious. AND LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS, apparently this has happened before. In other laundromats,, employees would actually be of help, check camera, be empathetic, offer customer service. Not here. I fully regret coming to this place, will never allow anyone I care about to come here and also be a victim on THEFT.

Surprised me, I went for coffee and looked up and around, seen the laundromat there, good to know just in case I need somewhere to do laundry.

I thought it was a good experience overall. I noticed that when I brought my cash to the attendant to get coins, all the coin cups had holes in the bottom just big enough to lose a couple of quarters if you're not paying attention.

Much nicer than another area laundry. It was great to get 5ish loads done concurrently. The machines are new and the facility is clean. Parking is a bit tight at lunchtime because of the adjacent restaurants. I wonder what happens if you try to violate the no horse blankets rule.
