Horrible experience. Put my $5 dollar bill in the change machine and the machine decided it didnt want to work at that moment and never gave me my change. There is absolutely no way to contact the owners about this as well except a box that wants you to leave a note for refunds. Will never come here again.

No dryers work don't leave your clothes on on attended cuz clothes will go home with someone else. Plus it take about 30.00 to do 2 loads of laundry that's after all dryer don't work or heat.

The washers need to be cleaned it's smells nasty the dryers don't even dry your clothes correctly you've got to spend a lot of money just to dry your clothes and they don't even come out smelling good when you're done

This place was horrible. The first time I went after the new owners or so called upgrade. I had to move my clothes to three different dryers to get one that got hot. The last time was 02/12/2021. There was some weird guys in there washing. I put my clothes in a $5.00 washer and sat in my car till it was done. It took my money and did nothing. I never should have given this place another chance. I live less than a block from here and it was very convenient. Really should listen to your patrons and get everything fixed. I won't be back.
