Update alert! So huge turn around since my last review. This place has a regular scheduled cleaning service to maintain the overall upkeep. The machines from outside inspection looks to have been fixed or replaced, every thing just looks neat and in a rightful place. The floors swept and the countertops seem to be sprayed with disinfectant to remove bacteria and smudges. Waves Self-Service Laundry has gain an extra star for overall performance and is back in business offering a service that shows alot in terms of respecting there customers and addressing their own responsibilities as they continue providing a service that meets the criteria.

The most dirty, disgusting, laundromat I have ever seen. The machines are filthy, you don’t even want to touch anything there. The floor if broken tiles, missing tiles and piles of dirt, discarded socks, dryer sheets, and a large metal garbage can overflowing onto the ground all around it. There does not seem to be any one monitoring or cleaning anything. There is a door where maybe is storage or for person bolted and locked and cameras all around but no human. Would never recommend or use this place. 🤮

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Coin machine did not work, most machines broken and unclean, foul smell, no person or number on site to call.

A lot of folks use this place. A lot.
Usually at least one washer or one dryer is non functional, usually AFTER you've paid.
They need an upgrade. No matter what brand of soap I use, or how much smelly stuff I use, my clothes never come out smelling fresh and clean.
It's disappointing but I have three dogs and NEED a washouse that's close.
As much money as I spend it would be nice to have fresh clean laundry. On average, I spend at least fourty bucks a week there. That's a lot.

This may be the filthiest laundromat I have ever been to in my life. I walked in, and turned right around and left. Disgusting!
