Clean place

Clean, functioning, large capacity washers and dryers with card readers. You might pay a little more here (not that much) than other laundromats, but this place is about as good as a laundromat can possibly ever get.

If you're looking for a laundromat and you don't mind using your credit or debit card fine, it's a clean and modern place but no one's on staff at least not at night, if you're looking for a laundromat and you don't want to risk money and / or you're new to this laundromat... Don't go there if you prefer going to a coin laundry ... I don't advise going there because you can only buy a reloadable card for a dollar on your bank card, load it up with the rest of your money ( I put $5 cash on the card)... You can't reduce the amount of money on the card there's no start button to start the dryers anyway I spent $6 overall $1 on my debit.$5 on to the card that was issued to me for a dollar I paid that $5 in cash. The dryer would not start! The directions were not clear. The card now has a balance of zero instead of the $5 so I'm down 6 bucks I couldn't get the machine to operate a young man that was there said "yeah it forced me to use up all the money too, my clothes were dry after $2 worth of drying. The $3 well I guess I lost it, maybe it goes on to the next customer because it would only let me do $5 no less! You might go there all the time and you're used to how these machines operate. But most people are not used to machines that are so complicated. If you pay with your card directly that is clear cut. You're still going to be overcharged but you'll get something for your money if you're already going to this laundromat wonderful more power to you. You'll have plenty of machines to yourself because anybody who's new to town or new to this laundromat might read this review first and avoid it thank you. It's not even worth my time to try for a refund. I found a coin laundry at 102nd and highway 99 / Aurora cost $1.75 to dry and they have people on staff there.

Response from the owner

Hi Steven,

We’re sorry you had a frustrating visit, but we do feel it’s important to correct a few inaccuracies in your review, so others aren’t misled.

Our laundromat is intentionally card-based and does not accept coins. This is not hidden. We chose this system to keep our customers and employees safer and to prevent theft and vandalism often associated with coin laundromats. In addition, we offer an easy prepaid laundry card system for guests who prefer not to use their personal credit/debit card. Customers can load small amounts and reduce/adjust balances based on their preference. We have clear instructions on how to use the machines both in-store and on our website.

Regarding your claims:

Our prepaid laundry card system does allow smaller load amounts and balance adjustments.

The machines are not “complicated.” Hundreds of customers use them successfully every month, and we process nearly 1,000 transactions monthly without issue.

There is a straightforward way to start the dryers, and clear step-by-step instructions are posted onsite and online for additional reference.

While we are not staffed onsite during the day, we are there nightly to clean and sanitize. In addition, our team does monitor the location, and we are always available to assist or issue refunds when a machine doesn’t work as expected

If you ever believe a machine malfunctioned or you lost funds, we gladly assist and issue refunds. Simply saying it “wasn’t worth your time” doesn’t mean help wasn’t available.

We respect that some people prefer traditional coin laundries, and that’s perfectly fine. But a negative star rating based solely on not liking a modern, safer payment system doesn’t fairly reflect the quality, cleanliness, or reliability of our business and intentionally seeks to cause harm to a small local business unfairly. A business that has been part of the local community since the 60's.

If you would still like assistance or believe you lost money, please contact us directly. We’re always willing to help.
