Very functional laundromat, and slightly cheaper than the one I visited in the Bay Area.

I wish they had more than two large washing machines, a slightly more comfortable seating area (a chair with a back somewhere would have been amazing while I was waiting!), but it got the job done!

And hey, it takes cards so I didn't have to get cash to exchange for coins to wash my clothes. It maybe could use slightly better insulation, too - it was surprisingly chilly for a place full of dryers! But I only had to be there for about an hour, so that's ok.

They do a good job of keeping it clean. Wish there was an attendant to manage people who do things like take every machine, leave, and come back an hour later so no one else can do laundry.

Clean and efficient. Nice area for folding clothes. Parking is convenient. It's a smaller space, so I suggest avoiding busy times (like weekends and evenings) for social distancing purposes.

Credit cards can be used in this laundry facility. First I thought it is convinient but it is actually not. Washer mashines need several card swipes with 25 cents increments. So, you finally lost count how much you paid for one wash. Dryer machines not always start even if you slide a credit card and the machine confirmed that transaction went through. I had to move wet clothes to other dryer that works ecen if I have paid fir the previous dryer. You have no idea how much you paid in total. I would not use this facility again for sure.

RE: Owner's responce stated that she/he spoke to the customer (me) on the phone. This is lie; nobody called and discussed the landromat issue with me. Therefore, I am changeing the rating of this facility from original two stars to one star. Just for lie.

If you are drying clothes, be prepared to stand next to the dryers for the duration of drying time. These can’t go more than two minutes without a “vacuum error” meaning if you want to get coffee or do some work you can forget it. My most recent trip drying a ruggable I had to re start it six times. Go somewhere else.

Frustrating payment by credit card debit card.

If cards works , will be a very good place to do laundry . No need to get those heavy loads coins !!!

But currently , it is not that easy job to pay via card for new comer ! Debit card didn’t. Work . Credit card didn’t work . Spouse card didn’t work ! Even the loyalty card we got from them didn’t work.

We struggled for a long time with the washer and dryer and eventually some warm hearted visitors helped us with washer and dryer fee.

Seattle got really golden heart people !!!
