100 reviewsMy only issue is how extremely expensive it has become in the last year, dryers went from 0.50$ to 1.00$ per 6 minutes….. I’d complain about the price of washing, but water has gotten very expensive lately so that’s more understandable.
That being said this is hands down the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to, the machines are well maintained, and you can pay at the machine with a card which is fantastic!
Hi Timothy,
Thank you for your feedback and for noticing the cleanliness and upkeep of our laundromat. We really appreciate it! We clean the laundromat nightly to ensure it will always remain clean and maintained. We’re glad to hear you enjoy the convenience of card payments as well!
Similar to the increased water prices you've noticed, we've also experienced increased costs in electricity, gas, and labor. We work hard to balance keeping our machines well-maintained and our space clean, while also managing the increases in utility costs. We look forward to continuing to provide a clean, reliable place for your laundry needs.
Very clean facility with different sizes washers, plenty of parking, never overcrowded, friendly customers. It is not cheap, but the location is very convenient, and there are always free washers and dryers.
My only advise is to avoid going there alone in the late hours. It has nothing to do with the business, but a man who started his laundry 30 min before the closing time took my late visit as an invitation to ask me personal questions and got angry when I refused to share my life story with him. I felt unsafe and decided not to go there late.
Great machines, in excellent mechanical condition.
Nicest laundromat I’ve been to in the SEA area.. All washers and dryers accept card & tap-to-pay. Prices are reasonable. Machines were clean and plenty were available in different sizes. $4.25 for smallest washer, $5.75 for medium, and $7.25 for the largest regardless of wash temp. Can tell the owners take pride and keep the place in great working order none of the machines were out of service!
Clean, well organized. Fellow users were friendly and helpful. Not too crowded.
Love this laundromat. It’s a great small business with excellent machines and good friendly customer service
Due to our apartment complex's horrible maintenance, we have had to make use of this laundromat on multiple occasions.
On my random visits, it has always been clean, safe feeling, a vast majority (if not all) of the machines are in working order and they usually have on site staff.
In only one occasion I had a washer that wasn't doing the spinning cycle and everything came out dripping wet. Unfortunately, the other washers were in use, and the person who works there had an emergency to attend to for a short period of time.
However, he had left a note with his number and returned very shortly after I texted about the issue with the washer. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and offered to give me a few dollars to help dry my clothes further.
Anytime I need to do laundry outside of my building, this is my spot. There is one laundromat much closer, but they have absolutely awful reviews and I'm not willing to risk it (Hello place on Aurora near a movie theater!)
My one and only complaint is parking can be an issue there. I really think people are using that parking lot and going to the bars/restaurants in the area. As I've seen it full and the Laundromat empty at times.
Otherwise, if you need to do laundry and live in this general area, this is your place. Clean, safe, working machines, friendly staff, bathroom, games and puzzles to keep you entertained, local bars and restaurants near by, etc.
