Don't use machine #25. It agitates so slowly you almost have to reach in to do-it-yourself. No outlets to charge phone. But that's understandable. 5 miliwatts of power would certainly break the bank.

This place is not too crowded, kept pretty clean, and it's easy to pay with their app. The man who staffs the laundromat is kind and warned me about a malfunctioning machine.

No covid protocols whatsoever. Myself and one other person are wearing a mask at all. Most don't even have one around their necks. Don't come here if you don't want COVID. It is always like this.

Recently had a problem with one of their large machines which wouldn't extract the water at the end of the cycle. What a mess! Had to transfer my load to 3 smaller machines and pay extra $. I asked for a full reimbursement and my money was promptly returned. Good customer service!

I love this place but you guys should really have an attendant at least for part of the day and definitely a bathroom cuz that is annoying trying to hold it till the end of my wash and dry cycle.

Went to wash and dry a double load on Wednesday at 5pm. Place was packed. Had to wait 5 minutes for a washer no big deal. But the people there (other customers) were so rude and animalistic. I literally watched people guard empty dryers to hold them for when their clothes were done washing. Every dryer was in use/guarded when we needed to dry our load. There needs to be an in house security guard. I took my wet laundry to a different place to dry because people weren't sharing dryers.
