The spin cycle did not work and I had to wring out the entire load on the largest machine. My laundry has been drying for 2 hours and is still wet. They do not respond to text or pick up either of the customer service phone numbers posted.

Good spot. App for laundry is lovely - don't need coins! Busy after 10am on a Saturday. No bathrooms but plenty of local coffee shops to grab a cheap drink and use the restroom nearby. Would be 5 star with bathroom and/or attendant. Unhoused person was napping between machines but did not disrupt anyone.

Keep an eye on your laundry. There’s junkies that sleep in here when it’s cold out. Also check your laundry for bugs. I found dead bed bugs in one of the washers

Like in many cities struggling with homelessness, we are looking for ways to find solutions that work for everyone especially during inclement weather. We strive to build an inclusive space where everyone is welcome to do laundry. However, any person who is in the laundromat must be doing laundry. This place says its closed at 8pm. the door on the laundry place says 10pm. but the 2 old men working there says it's closed at 9pm. make a decision. so confusing.

Decent laundromat...one of the $5,75 large washers was not functioning.

I was in this laundromat today to wash a comforter and some rugs…been coming here for 10 years+. There was a very bad smell when I walked in like maybe stagnant water? I went to the front where the smell wasn’t too bad. I started using the washers and about 30 minutes into it, a man comes in and is brushing his teeth at the sink, washing his face - people seemed to clear out. The stench got worse when this man started taking his clothes out of his back pack. Not sure who is monitoring this laundromat but today wasn’t good.
I won’t be back.
