They try to rip you off i got 2 20s from the atm amd put one in the quarter dispencer and it gave me 10$ instead of 20

The machine that you have used is the bill breaker which gives you bills and quarters. Bills come out to another windows where the sign clearly indicates that "take the bill here."

Best laundromat in the area, very nice lady runs it. Charges $1 for non customers to get quarters. Good deal because most places dont let non customers use their quarter machine.
