I've been a customer of this place for over 9 years. It's always clean and very quiet. The machines provide the service, so you don't pay. The bathroom is always clean... anyway, there's a reason I've continued coming to this place, and I'm almost certain I will for a long time...

Although the machines work well and are average price, today the environment was unfriendly, if not hostile. It was unclean and many machines were filled with unclaimed laundry when though signs say "management will promptly remove..." Had to argue to borrow something to wipe machines down myself. "Attendant" spent entire time on phone watching videos or whatever, in the office. Also no soap in bathroom, and during a pandemic of Covid-19?!
