Poor place to do laundry. Washers don't work, place is dirty, the bathroom isn't clean, never any soap or paper towels, owner never calls you back. You don't ever get reimbursed for a washer that doesn't work. Thank God there are other options in Oshkosh to do your laundry.better places to choose from.

I went there to do my laundry and forgot to put something in and hit the stop so I could amd it had me pay another 7 dollars what a dumb low way to rip people off. I understand it was a human air on my part but you should be able to open incase you for get something.

The machine I used took my money but wouldn’t start. The owner doesn’t answer the phone. Their app doesn’t work . Horrible customer service.

If I could give this place a -10 I would. Had my clothes stolen, I left a note there for someone to please call me, I tried calling the number for this establishment multiple times because I wanted to look at the cameras. No one called me back. Stay away from this place!

Nice quiet clean place, was able to get in wash and get out with no wait on washer or dryer. Loved it, oh and meet nice people there..

I had a mouse climb up my foot while waiting on my laundry. It always smells like stagnant water. Their maintenance person is a joke. When a machine took $14 from me he said he'd mail me a check instead of fixing the issue. He also forwarded my calls multiple times when I called for help.
